Pros

I have been with AutoNation for more than 10 years and have been given the opportunity and support to grow within the Company. With as many locations as we have, not just in each Market but Nationwide, we have the ability to grow and promote from within. AutoNation has created good processes and hired trainers to teach those processes in each Market. AutoNation offers many benefits to their associates, among them are health insurance, 401k plus match, vehicle purchase program and family/friends referral programs.

Cons

The managers need to be consistent with what's being trained in the training classes. Employee recognition has decreased over the years. Lack of increases and pay plan changes have caused low employee morale

Pros

A Great company that's continue growing, lets be honest here, we work for a living. With commission sales you get paid by how hard you decided to work

Cons

there alot of lying here, false promises, and the management, out right argue with the customer about pricing. I remeber a time when we use to make gross and they would smile walking out of here.
