- Execs only care about themselves.
- Non-corporate employees are treated like just some replaceable cogs
- Good luck if you have mental health issues - you're treated no better than lepers
- During COVID, they wouldn't honor the hardship hours, and made you use your own PTO
- They have ridiculous standards. They don't care if you sell 20 cars a month if you don't sell one every other day, you're considered useless
- Managers are just titles only. They don't "manage" - they condescend, they talk a big game in front of their bosses, but when it comes down to it, sales people are throw under the bus
- Good luck trying to move up. If you're not one of their golden children (particularly the dishonest ones who commit fraud daily), your chances of moving up are slim to none.
- During the pandemic, and subsequent shortage they actually increased the requirements to keep your job, and then started mass hiring to flood each location to force those who were burnt out to quit or get terminated
- They don't honor ADA, and if you have a disability, you're useless to them
