Pros

You'll make about 3,000 to 5,000 if you average 15 cars per month with great CSI. If you stay there for 5 years you'll get 50 bux a car as a bonus at year end. If you suck at selling you'll love it here. Selling cars here is a minimum wage job unless you average over 18 cars. Since you don't get paid on gross, you can sell more cars because you are a shoe clerk.

Cons

11.00 bux an hour, NO COMMISSION, so when you sell a car with 6,000 profit, you get 50 to 250 bux depending on how many cars you sell. So if you make 6,000 dollars profit, you should get about a third of that, instead you get 50.00 bux if you sell less than 10 cars. Think about that, just know that most car deals in the business are about 1,000 profit, so you should make at LEAST 300 a car or so.....they are RIPPING YOU OFF and NOT PASSING THE SAVINGS!!! Consumers are still paying the profit. Corporate environment, so for example NO SENSE OF HUMOR AT ALL Having fun at work is NOT AN OPTION.

Pros

8hours/day, Monday-Friday, morning shift. Uniform.

Cons

Demographics. Favoritism. No common-courtesy, nor respect. Part-timers get paid $10.36, while full-timers get paid $10.00: doesn't make sense. Ideas aren't acknowledged, there's a lot of things to change that can make the workplace more efficient and organized.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with our pay structure, however, the pay-rates are dependent on each employee’s position and experience. Additionally, we hire based on experience, expertise, and how well we feel a candidate will fit within the company. We’re sorry you felt that the salespersons on your team did not meet those standards.
