Pros

Good location. Employees are very friendly.

Cons

The problem with this company has to do with top management. The CEO is on an ego trip and believes he is better than everyone. He is not at all approachable. Top management has a good ol boy mentalilty, is very cold to employees, and very condescending. Good employees are let go with a lot of years of service, some with around 20. Too many recent changes in management and direction have created an uncomfortable environment for many employees. Poor performance of company is due to bad decisions made by top management, yet employees are blamed and pay the price. Top management values the bottom line more than the people that support the company..

Pros

Really nice office: Leed certified, overlooking Fort Lauderdale's New River, opportunity to grow professionally and learn to deal with all sorts of difficult people

Cons

All the difficult people! management culture appears to enjoy never making a decision, but stands ready to blame any direct report for everything that goes wrong. The company is "Penny wise and pound foolish" never willing to invest in internal programs that could save time, money, frustration, headcount, etc., over the long term. Very antiquated and will defend the current processes with "Well, it used to be really bad" which is not very progressive or innovative. The benefits are TERRIBLE! There's a high deductible plan, but no HSA to complement it. The retirement match is awful and if you make good money, you can't even save enough to meet your targets that your financial planner set for you.
