Plenty of jobs available because it’s a revolving door

Cons

Underpaid. Use breast cancer awareness as money maker and sell parts branded by them that don’t even come close to comparing to the original parts. Overwork employees with little in return

Corp HQ used to be a great place to work

Pros

The pay and especially bonus in recent years. Benefits were pretty decent.

Cons

The constant leadership changes in the last 5-7 years has led to a confused and burned out corp team. Things really went off the rails after COVID with huge (and maybe even unnecessary) layoffs, forcing people to return to the office, embarrassing and borderline offensive diversity efforts and a ridiculous level of office politics to get anything done. Leadership is either so out of touch that they don’t notice how low corporate morale has sunk or just don’t care. It’s very sad to see so many people just give up.
