Nothing but a headache

Pros

“Discounts” Most coworkers are pretty awesome.

Cons

Job is life or death to management and there is absolutely no interdepartmental communication. The robotic coworkers that do nothing but work and openly look down on folks for not working at their pace get promoted ahead of peers. Sales department thinks they know as much as if not more about vehicle maintenance than the service department.
