great company to work for

Pros

- a tightknit culture that is rare in the car business - less hours than other dealerships (but still a lot of hours) - good pay, managers know how to desk deals to take care of you as a sales person - plenty of ways to make extra money through realistic bonuses and goals - management is incredibly smart. We handled the covid19 crisis and this current microchip crisis better than any other dealership in our area.

- difficult to present new ideas to management - minimal training if you do not work hard
