I get to work with a well trained, personable team. I get support from other managers, and highly detailed reports to help evaluate and drive my department. I also get resources to assist in accomplishing my goals.

Cons

Getting used to a corporate environment, but after only 3 weeks it is all falling into place.

Why I like working for Autonation

management and the employees work well together and even though we are busy, the atmosphere is light and for the most part easy. There is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in the dealership and help is there for the asking.

Cons

waiting time for benefits is too long, some areas of the operation is not very user friendly making it difficult to complete some tasks.
