Pros

Autonation has great benefits. I work with a lot of great people that really put their heart in their job and genuinely care for the people around them. Wether people have a death in their family, a sick family member, or battling cancer, my coworkers always step in and lend a hand.

Cons

I really wish they would promote from within the company more. The hours can be long. I wish they had a program where they would help pay for employees to continue their education.

AutoNation is a professional organization that is growing and has many opportunities for growth within the company. If you are looking for a career not just a job this is definately the place for you!

Cons

The company is great! The only con I can think of is that the automotive business has long hours but that goes without saying
