      Pros

      This has been such a great company to work for. People are very friendly and positive to work with. We all work very well as a team. Anytime I refer a friend or family member to my work I know they will be well taken care of. There's always great energy from everyone!!!

      Cons

      I really have no Cons about this place. We recently had to start wearing uniform shirts. I thought I wouldn't like it nor be on board for the idea. But since the transition I have nothing bad to say about it. It makes the start to my day very easy!!

      Pros

      I have worked for AutoNation for 8 years and have had a great experience. I have been able to grow within the company and have gotten a well rounded knowledge of the industry. What i really like about AutoNation is the advancements with technology. It seems like they are always looking for a better way of doing things.

      Cons

      With AutoNation there is always change, you must be accepting of change or it can be hard to thrive.

      Pros

      I came here with no experience in the automobile industry. I received, and continue to receive, excellent training and am recognized for my contributions and my potential. Corporate seems to genuinely care about your well being and does what it can to help you make the most out of your experience.

      Cons

      I have yet to stumble upon a true pitfall, but like any large business, necessary changes to benefit the company as a whole can sometimes bring unforseen challenges at the local level. The good news is corporate recognizes when we need help with those challenges and they give us the tools and support to resolve the issues.
