Great intercompany job opportunity. Great employee discounts on both sales and service and parts. Multiple opportunities to move up positions in a timely manner.

Cons

Earned vacation time does not roll over at the end of the year. Parking lot damage ie: pot holes, rough pavement. Unreasonable insurace, both health and dental. 6 month period to receive insurance and benifits

Have job opportunity at several stores..Receive discount in service for repairs and receive discount on purchase of vehicle..Mgmt understanding when you need extra time off.

Cons

Parking lot in very bad shape...when rains, water does not drain and goes way over shoes...too many holes to mention...

Pros

AutoNation really believes in promoting from within. The opportunity to work your way up the ladder is very strong with this company. They also try to cross-train so the opportunities are not limited to one job. There is also a partial match for the 401K, which most companies have discontinued, so that is a plus.

Cons

We really need better employee parking. Some of the parking lots really need to be repaved as well.
