Pros

if you are sick and need insurance, or you like having incoming calls recorded without callers permission, good place to learn how not to sell automobiles

Cons

corporate beancounters turning screws to lower commission wages to equivlent to miminum wage for hours worked, or as close as they can. Follow-up system flawed and prone to theft of leads by by those with managers password. however the got it. change a few letters on a name and anyone can steal a lead. Avoid working sales for this corporation

Pros

Free garage parking at the tower in downtown. Working in sunny Florida.

Cons

Their nightmare CRM system, where crap code is deployed because developers either don't know (most likely) or don't have time to optimize and load test their code.
