AutoQuotes provides an open, collaborative work environment where discussion, education and excellence are encouraged in equal measure. It's a pleasure to come to work each day knowing I will be challenged by the work which crosses my desk (no two days are ever alike!). AQ cares about and invests in its employees, from the fantastic benefits package, monthly catered lunches and ergonomic work stations to highly competitive salaries. After nearly seven years of working at AutoQuotes I can truthfully say I can't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Because AutoQuotes is a relatively small company there is very little upward mobility. For the more ambitious job seeker this might be a drawback.

Not as many opportunities to move up within the organization compared to a large corporation.
