For your own good don't work here. Well if you are non white. This is the most racist place I've ever worked. They do a fantastic job of hiding it. Don't be fooled they don't like it "too dark" in there. The heads of the departments and managers make sure of it. Pretty sad and unfair.

I used to have some many good things. Thankfully some good people are still here.

Cons

All the reviews are from the founder and CEO for 26 years, it was nothing short of fantastic. The end of 2016 the founder was kicked out and some horrible people took over. They are more focused on getting rid of creative thinkers and people with love and drive for the company. This place was not what it once was. Moral is low and stress is high.

AutoQuotes values its employees and operates in an open, casual, fast-paced work environment. Expectations and goals are high but the positive culture at AQ provides employee's with the support needed to achieve their set goals. Management is encouraging and wants to help their teams succeed. AQ offers competitive salaries, great benefits, educational opportunities and regular employee appreciation events such as technology raffles and monthly catered lunches.I truly enjoy working at AutoQuotes and consider myself lucky to be part of such a great team!
