Pros

There are too many to mention. AQ has a fantastic team and culture. Very growth-minded and united! Not to mention all the great things like coffee, fresh fruits, candy, lunches, parties, activities and MORE.

Cons

Can not think of a single thing I would change. It's a great company.

Pros

Fresh fruit and unlimited coffee/k-cups, scheduling flexibility, AWESOME management and Leadership team, growth opportunists, family oriented, ability to work from home during the pandemic with no cuts or changes to schedules .

Cons

Allow more flexibility with "working from home" (outside of the current pandemic) and "on site", us parents would greatly appreciate that option even if it is just a few day per week.
