Pros

-encourages work/life balance -flexible in regards to working from home and other life occurrences -great work environment and office culture -friendly staff -promotes internally when openings occur

Cons

-new leadership initially struggled to find their footing -benefits and bonus packages could be better -limited upward or lateral mobility due to size of company

- Great leadership and fun team culture - Very supportive of remote working and special circumstances - Went above and beyond to support employees during COVID-19, no layoffs or furloughs - Fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and grow, lots of internal promotions - Fast growing business with lots of growth opportunities

Cons

- US and UK offices aren't as integrated as they could be
