Pros

Employees have access to the resources they need to succeed and on-the-job training is prevalent. Salaries are very competitive too.

Cons

Not as many opportunities to move up within the organization compared to a large corporation.

Pros

Management encourages creativity, gives their employees lots of latitude to excel and believes in providing the latest computer equipment and software in order to deliver superior, cutting-edge results. Benefits and compensation are excellent. Teamwork is encouraged and everybody works well together. Great camaraderie, a fun place to work!

Cons

None to speak of, enjoyed every minute.
