Pros

Great purpose driven leadership. AQ's current and future products being built are making a huge difference in the Foodservice Equipment and Supplies Industry. The leaders of AQ truly puts people first.

Cons

Although AQ celebrated their 30 year birthday recently, in a lot of ways, the company still operates like a start-up, which can be good and bad.

Pros

Fresh fruit and unlimited coffee/k-cups, scheduling flexibility, AWESOME management and Leadership team, growth opportunists, family oriented, ability to work from home during the pandemic with no cuts or changes to schedules .

Cons

Allow more flexibility with "working from home" (outside of the current pandemic) and "on site", us parents would greatly appreciate that option even if it is just a few day per week.

-encourages work/life balance -flexible in regards to working from home and other life occurrences -great work environment and office culture -friendly staff -promotes internally when openings occur

Cons

-new leadership initially struggled to find their footing -benefits and bonus packages could be better -limited upward or lateral mobility due to size of company
