Pros

Driving the delivery vehicle is a great way to introduce yourself to new areas and trustworthy auto shops.

Cons

Most employees could not care less about themselves or others or you. None of them get paid enough to care anyway. The rules on dress codes and how things should be done are always unclear. People just do what they want, everyone thinks they're the one doing the most work and it creates ego problems in the store. Employees could not be slower or less customer-inclined. Everyone is trying to get ahead of one another without helping anyone else and the culture sucks. Everyone who works at the commercial counters hates their job and rightfully so because upper management doesn't about their stores or their people, you're just a number etched into a cog in the machine. Inventory is never in good standing, mountains of paperwork, weekly store-wide price changes, and being expected to work in extremely dangerous conditions or wait outside the store for hours in the cold until something is fixed... if ever.
