Divide between district and above and store level. Out dated slow computers. 0 communication... And when you ask for help from district he ignores you even if its something he or she has requested... Dm only cares about his pay no one under him/her. Several Ppl ik have quit stating bad company and management. I've also had former employees tell me its a bad company. Benefits people are disconnected from Az benefits can't or don't want to help. Eye insurance terrible. Don't get a real name tag like every other company in america. Many store managers are often not at work leaving DM asking where they are..... Can't make any decision BC will most likely will be told was "your" place too...... Would stay far away from this place BC stick holders get rich while employees stay poor including managers. Not worth it.

Over worked employees, special treatment by gender.
