Pros
Access to benefits such as healthcare, in store discount, and some mediocre discounts out side of the company.
Cons
Very disorganized. Manager quit between my interview and my start date. Had my training date and location changed. Was told I would receive a uniform at training then was scolded at training for not already having a uniform. Managers walked out during my first day, leaving me clueless as to what I was supposed to do. Scolded for not knowing the location of things in the horribly disorganized store IE, break pads and brake shoes in completely different sections. Not given breaks until the 6th hour of my nine hour shift. Very minimal training in general and always some sort of scolding when something goes wrong or you ask for help. Having to work 45 hours a week doing the job of 3 people for minimum wage.
