Pros

Great company for growth and a "corporate culture" atmosphere. Clear and defined chain of command and competent leadership at the top.

Cons

Widely varied pay structure for managers based on a "you get what you can get" negotiation at the front end rather than set guidelines for middle management pay. Unusually high volume of paperwork for daily and weekly review limiting the time a manager has to actually drive marketing and sales. Little opportunity for corporate advancement communicated from the beginning.
