Pros

Really good people and hours are flexable

Cons

Poorly paid. They don't pay very well and try and get you by making you feel guilty to come in on days off during busy times

Pros

Good benefits. Yearly raises. Lots of interaction with customers. Ability to learn vehicle and parts knowledge.

Cons

The more time you spend with customers and outside helping, the more you're scolded for not getting planograms done, getting matrix complete, prepping truck, putting up truck, anything is more important than changing a light for the elderly, a wiper for someone who can't see, etc. If you plan to move up and don't have any friends as managers, expect to be targeted as soon as you get into a gray shirt. Upper management is wishy washy. Some DM's are amazing, ones in smaller town districts, complete jackasses.
