If you have a great team working for you then it makes job easy. if not, it's gonna be difficult.

Cons

alot of work. you can work part time as cashier and almost make what managers do. very long hours for pay.

Pros

The discount program is actually good.....the pay is decent....there ARE opportunities to advance...even if a lot of nay-sayers say otherwise...and it DOES push yourself to work hard and to be the best employee you can be.

Cons

The hours can get a tad long....there is an overabundance of daily paperwork that is time-consuming...customers DO yell at you, regardless of fault...be prepared to accept that no matter what...IT WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR FAULT. But that's just the way it is....

Just to taking a job in this bad bush era. AutoZone really is a bad place to work. Most of the time as management you are cutting hours of the staff. This is the reason that management is there for more than 50 hours a week.

Cons

Working many hours if your staff does not show up for duty. No career advancement oppotyunities
