You can work with professionals and recieve trainnings when necessary. you will get recognitions from your manager or supervisor if you did contribute significantly. colleagues are nice and willing to share with fresh birds.

Cons

People seems are not fully motivated and some are not so passionate about work, however, activities are held regularly for employees as a team bonding practices, such as basketball, soccer, tennis and so on.
