      Pros

      Passionate and smart people. Open communication culture. Cool work environment with flexibility in work presence/schedule, as long as the job gets done.

      Cons

      Tight on resources. Too small to afford best in class systems by itself - the larger parent company got to make decisions on many of the corporate work tools and sometimes overkill for the size of the business.

      Pros

      The company offers great benefits and vacation programs. And where else can you bring your dog to work! Work space is a little cramped.

      Cons

      The review process is a little harsh and upper management can be too secretive, especially with all of the layoffs last year.
