Pros

great company to work for. Sideways and upward mobility, work is valued, great and well communicated corporate vision. A lot of cutting edge projects to work on. Good work life balance and very competitive compensation.

Cons

Much of the culture change being pushed with the business transformation is not being accepted at the middle management tier. Saying it and expecting it to just happen is not going to work. Make people accountable

Good environment, good products

Pros

Good work life balance, collaborative work culture, competitive pay, lots of training and opportunity to build on your skills.

Cons

The drawbacks to working here are limited career growth, communication gaps if you are on a global team, and what appears to be routine reductions in force to, I assume, boost stock price.

Pros

Good place for managers.. Some works from home frequently, some just look at the monitor all day long, some just walk around and making noise in the floor. They are nothing more than a placeholder, contribute nothing to the company and the team, but earn the most and most relax.

Cons

Engineers are treated as low cost, easily replaceable workers. You think you just get promoted to principal engineer previous year and you are good? Too bad, you get retrenched due to the reason that your job can be replaced by younger and cheaper engineer.
