Strong engineering culture, high technical standards. Very challenging and interesting work on large-scale distributed systems. Smart, capable colleagues. Good compensation and benefits. Strong brand and resume value.

Cons

Very high workload and frequent time zone overlap, which hurts work-life balance. Organizational complexity. Cross-team dependencies often create friction and delays.

Great people to work with. Stable company.

Cons

Lots of evening meetings makes work-life balance with family very difficult and leads to burnout. If you do not work on the "shiny" products, your career goes nowhere.
