Smart people Complex problems to solve Opportunities to move and grow within the company. Work there for a long time and have several different jobs. Awesome benefits Flexibility Incredible CEO/leadership

Can be multiple teams working on similar things without knowing what the other is doing. Some teams are resource constrained which makes collaboration challenging and requires a lot of roadmap planning.
