Working at Automann you get a lot of experience that you wouldn’t get elsewhere. In the last year and a half almost everything about our business has changed, from new employees, to transforming our business strategy and revamping our process and technology. It’s a challenging but exciting time if you are willing to be involved and contribute in a meaningful way. I think that employees can get their voices heard here in ways that other companies might not enable. The organization is trying to be as transparent as possible through the change, and while some of that communication has not landed just right with a few employees I think it is overall it has engaged people more than ever. The work environment is fun and caring. My coworkers are friendly and supportive. I look forward to going to work just to see my colleagues and to do the work I enjoy. I believe that while our organization has had some bumps in the past we are truly striving to get better day by day.

I’ve found Automann to be the best employment environments in my career. Support from management is huge here, in my experience they are always accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for me and my colleagues. Plus, this company really is the future of heavy duty aftermarket. The innovation and breadth of Automann’s product is like none other in the industry. I really appreciate a company that is so forward thinking and willing to invest in its future. This is a great company that is only going to grow stronger.
