Pros

Most of the office workers are nice. But the few bad apples ruin it all.

Cons

Managements only focus is the money coming in. They creep around the office waiting to catch you not doing something for one second, just so they can feed their egos by scoulding you. The CSR Dept has no real knowledge of the parts they sell, most of their concern is office politics, which creates a hostile and unhealthy work enviorment. The hours are horrible as you work either 8-5, or 9-6, with no 15 min breaks, only a one hour lunch. Pay is minimum,and your hard work will go un-noticed. Management will only speak to you to scould you. You wont even get a Good morning or a Hello.

Cons

No direct supervisors, everyone reports to president and VPs and they contradict each other constantly. There is no structure whatsoever. I never received a review and the company does not have a handbook so policy is made up on the fly to the convenience of management. There is no HR department and there are payroll mistakes all the time. Pay dates change without proper explanation. There isn't enough parking and employees are forced to Tetris themselves into lot based on who needs to leave first. An extremely frustrating place to work with abusive and inappropriate management.

nice people, fairly understanding of time off, fair salary for what i do there (because the work is too easy), holiday bonus pay, holiday xmas party, health insurance and 401k, business seems to be growing there, new employees and I haven't seen any lay-offs since I've been there

Cons

Not challenging enough, don't like the hours 9-6, rather work 8-5, it's too repetitive and I don't get to be creative at all, also i'm not as busy there as I would like to be. I want more responsibility and higher pay but there really isn't a way for me to move up to higher position there.
