Pros

The company is willing to train anyone wanting to learn. They will promote from within. They acknowledge your work/accomplishments and they are not 'micro managers' and they encourage life/work balance.

Cons

The company has very limited holidays. They do not readily accept suggestions on how to better run/streamline some of their processes.

Pros

Being in the heavy duty tractor trailer parts distribution business, Automann has been very busy and continue fast growth. Trucks are staying on the road longer, which adds to Automann's growth. The pandemic has also increased demand, even in a slower economy.

Cons

The VP's tend to micro-manage projects and employees, in an organization that is somewhat flat. There is perceived distrust by management, of most employees. Most office staff report into one of the VP's, rather than supervisors. Clear teams and supervisory roles with accountability, with the ability to manage their own teams, have not been clearly defined for many. Trust needs to be established between management and supervisors.
