Pros

The work environment here is great and it's part of the reason why I find working here so enjoyable. Work-life balance is ideal. My coworkers are friendly and willing to work as a team to accomplish any tasks at hand. Management is humble, always accessible and make an effort to address any issues and concerns.

Cons

There are a lot of changes happening at the company so most of the cons really stem from the growing pains. PTO and opportunities for career advancement could be better.

Cons

Any sex or race outside a slave-like mentality to chain you down due to your immigration status. Welcome; they will abuse your ignorance and make you a sexual harassment victim. Then threaten you once they fire you.

However pay increase seems to vary here and in terms of promotions I would not get your hopes up. If you want a IT job that challenges you initially but gets more laid back as you progress then this is for you.
