Automann is a good company to work for. Management will treat you well if you do your job properly. Work environment was good, we had a good team, enjoyed a lot with the team.

As Automann focuses on all levels of expansion, one of their primary focuses is management and ensuring not only are they strong leaders as owners, but that they are building strong managers/ supervisor's that listen, engage and involve their teams in the growth of department specific ideas, but overall company added value. Managers and supervisor's who are there for their team members with words of encouragement, leadership and structured processes, procedures, safety and an open door policy. I have had the privilege of being part of new buildings, product growth ,department additions, even new positions made to better Automann as an overall industry leader. They always look first for any team member to promote or advance in new or open positions before sourcing outside. This is a company that goes above and beyond for their employees. Automann is always looking for ways to show appreciation to their teams by doing pig roasts, ice cream truck ,taco truck days, bowling etc. They are known for giving back to the community by company raffles matching the proceeds, toys for tots and food drives. in 2013 I was hired for a job in 2022 this is my career and I look forward to my own personnel continued growth with Automann as they continue to move forward and evolve.
