PTO. Laid back. Very easy work.

Cons

Management. No room for growth. Absolutely no communication, either internal or external. Will not consider any ideas for improvement. Doesn't take advantage of employees' skills. High turnover rateJ

Many Hats

Pros

Company is small enough it relies on the abilities of employees without "siloing". Most employees enjoy the freedom to wear many hats with varied responsibilities. Keeps the work interesting and fresh with opportunities. Very much a family / loyalty atmosphere.

Cons

Usual corporate structure challenges facing companies of this size. Sometimes difficult to offer career advancement. Could improve HR awareness.

Pros

Many nice people, could be a good entry level job to gain experience.

Cons

Poor management, low salaries, expensive benefits and NO vacation your first year, negative environment, very low employee morale. There is no one (i.e. HR) to advocate for the employee so you might feel "stuck" if you have an issue with another coworker or manager.
