There have been several changes over the years. Most recent, improvement on how we process for the Banks: More automation and a consistent flow of movement, helps the processor to focus on what they are doing more efficiently and ensures the bank that the processing is being completed in a timely matter. Our morale has been a complete turnaround in the right direction. The type of job we do may be repetitive however, training is very helpful. You first learn about the company, training in our department is then one on one. I work with a great group of people.

IDSOT has great team members who are easy to work & communicate with which makes the job more fun and have little stress. We have monthly lunches to get all of the departments together. With Covid, we were allowed to work from home which was a wonderful opportunity and made "going to work" even more enjoyable and convenient.

Automated systems and Insite Data Services has made some quality hires in the past 6 months that has improved the quality of the workplace for multiple depts. IDS On Time specifically is seeing a higher employee satisfaction as we think there is a growing level of investment from management in our work. The workplace environment in our dept is significantly improved from just 9 months ago.

Cons

Staffing has been an issue in the past. There are some needed updates to the old office equipment.
