Got a snacks on national cookie day, doughnut day, etc. Good co-workers

Cons

Management, Nepotism, Training, PTO, Executive Management was a joke.

I enjoy working with my friends there. They are interest in hearing your ideas. The hours are good and some what flexible if needed.

Cons

Lack of management and processes. They won't invest in tools to make process go smoother. They lack in training new employees.
