Thank you for this post. We are sorry that you feel your current working experience with Automic is not positive. We take every review very seriously and evaluate the concerns as we want Automic to be known as a great place to work for all our employees.
With our new investment backing, we have a lot of positive changes on the way. As you may know, Automic is currently rebranding in order to aid in our expansion objectives. Our objective is to have clear and open communication across Automic. We are working to consistently improve in this area. If any of our employees have questions or concerns about their position and/or manager, etc. we encourage you to bring your thoughts to Human Resources so they can be acknowledged and addressed.
This review is concerning to us though as we do not have a Pre-Sales Engineer working remote in Oregon that has been with us for three years plus. We hope this review is accurate, as we want to hear feedback to actively address any concerns.
