Pros

The people, the culture, training opportunities, benefits, compensation, and the employee team building events. You are able to talk and interact with the executive management team and be heard.

Cons

A lot of our departments run very lean. We are growing fast which causes a lot of stress with your workload at times. On the other side, it is also a very exciting time to be here so putting in the extra energy and hours is worth it to watch the company grow and continue to be successful.

Pros

* Work from home, any city in the US 75% of the time * Accumulate travel rewards extremely fast!

Cons

* management is clueless, and does not bother to praise your hard work and efforts. * you are only a number, and travel expenses are closely scrutinized by finance to the point of being annoying and unpleasant. * They are extremely cheap. You cannot order a glass of wine for dinner, even when gone for extended periods away from your family without being challenged by finance.

Pros

Great compensation. Close knit group. Willing to move forward with revolutionary ideas.

Cons

International company means there is strain due to cultural differences. Board of directors micromanages lower level management. Lack of structured rules in the past leads to problems later on the down the road. However, structure has been one of the key mantras after the Appworx merger so it is slowly improving. Middle Management is a mixed bag of good and poor managers.
