Pros

Starting pay is good, plenty of opportunities to learn new things and make more money. Plenty overtime.

Cons

Turnover rate is horrible...lack of some policies allows some to refuse or leave and nothing is done about it. That kills morale. More concerned about production than workers.

Working conditions were difficult, and we were expected to do more than was possible at times.

Cons

Human resource locks you out. Management is elementary and has no idea how to run business, supervisors are vulgar and disrespectful. Lots of overtime. To many rules to attempt to control your entire life inside and outside of work, forced overtime, breaks union contract as if it is pin the tail on the donkey. Management is not accountable for their own actions and employees an over abundance of salary workers to hourly employees.
