Extremely poor internal cooperation Terrible cooperation between departments Management between departments does not work together effectively, which causes conflict down the chain. Terrible apathetic culture.

safety culture is slim at best. Not a safe working environment at times. maintenance team does their best to make the changes they can but when approval is needed its met with excuses
