      Pros

      Stability may be one of the few positives.

      Cons

      "Management" is unqualified besides joining the company in its infancy stages. These people would flounder elsewhere. Favoritism, title inflation is through the roof with limited actual advancement opportunities. Company hires a lot of coasters and could probably do with half the engineers. Compensation does not compete well with industry, and if you see their ranges, expect a massive lowball.
