      Pros

      - startup culture/younger environment - approachable management hierarchy - very social office - hybrid/flexible in-office presence and work hours - strengthened benefits package (401k match, better health rates, etc.)

      Cons

      - management/process change bumps: they've been working hard to solidify work processes and things are a lot stronger now moving into a "post-COVID world" - ambiguity of project timelines involved with working in the defense space

      Pros

      Working with drones and other autonomous platforms is very cool. Flexible hours. Opportunities to get exposure to other drone startups and technology. Possibilities of travel. Great engineers

      Cons

      Inconsistencies in management. Micro-aggressions are common place. Growth is limited. Pay is below market for the hours you may have to work and the expectations associated. Over time is common place. Company morale is low. Company culture has deteriorated. Recent turnover has been high.
