1. Work life balance! Autosoft implemented an unlimited PTO policy starting January 2024 and it really shows how much they care about the employees and listening to our wants and needs. 2. Compensation is always assisted and reviewed to make sure we’re above the market and not being below the market. 3. Development and growth is really important and I’ve seen a lot of positive signs for promoting from within and having that growth for the employees. 4. Our HR team are always wanting to improve processes and make Autosoft the best work environment. 5. From someone who’s been affected with a layoff at my last job and feeling like a number there. Here at Autosoft you feel more wanted and needed and not just a number. 6. Working fully remote is very important to me and helps so much with my family and having that flexibility for me and my family is amazing and I love working remotely. Even with being remote we still have great communication throughout the company and I really appreciate that.

Autosoft is a sinking ship. Upper management changes multiple times a year. CEO blames poor revenue on employees, not on the product that has failed to release for over 5 years, and has been endlessly promised to customers. Low moral all around and not a fulfilling place to work.
