We are in the grit phase of cleaning up the past which also includes cultural challenges to establish sustainable growth for years to come. I’m especially glad you highlighted the opportunities that come with this transformation. The work isn’t always easy, but the challenge of replacing outdated systems with modern architecture and agile practices is what makes this such an exciting time to be at Autosoft. We are focused on stabilizing the core which has been ignored by many past leaders who were more consumed with being right and not necessarily doing the right thing for our customers. Our customers are constantly giving us feedback to act on, and we need to do a better job of listening, not working on what we want but instead, focus on building a solid foundation for growth. Your comment that it’s not for the faint of heart is such a true statement. We need people with the courage, creativity, and commitment to help us evolve thoughtfully while respecting the foundation that got us here. Too many “yes” leaders have come through Autosoft, negatively impacting both our internal and external customers, not to mention the significant financial loss that came with it. Your advice about gradual evolution is spot-on, and we remain focused on making lasting, meaningful progress. I appreciate your perspective and am grateful you’re part of this journey with us.
