Positive Change

Pros

Autosoft has changed a lot in the past year, and while it isn’t perfect, the progress is real. Leadership is clear and direct about expectations, which has made a noticeable difference in how we work. My manager has been helping me grow through coaching and book recommendations that have broadened my management perspective. I’ve felt genuinely supported in my role here. The mission of serving low-volume dealers is clear, and it’s motivating to know the work we do directly supports that purpose.

Cons

We are still working through the history of toxic culture, technical debt, and misaligned planning. Some processes are being rebuilt, and not all teams are moving at the same pace. Change takes time, but the momentum is there and the commitment is real.

Your words are thoughtful and balanced. Thank you for the review. It means a lot to hear that the clarity, coaching, and renewed focus on our mission are making a real difference in your day-to-day experience. You’re absolutely right in that Autosoft has gone through significant change over the past year, and while we’re proud of the progress, we know there’s still work ahead. Tackling legacy cultural and technical challenges doesn’t happen overnight, but the momentum you mentioned is very real, and it’s driven by people like you who are leaning into the change. Your advice about maintaining transparency, accountability, and continued investment in our people is spot on. These are core commitments for us, not temporary initiatives. We’ll keep reinforcing them as we move forward together. Thank you again for being part of this journey and for the impact you’re making every day. Anthony Belcher

Thank you for acknowledging the many great contributors at Autosoft. We have a talented team that I’m proud to work alongside every day. It’s disappointing Glassdoor allows the same IP address for years to post negative fake reviews. I do want to address a few of your comments. First, reviews on Glassdoor are never forced and the team is getting extremely frustrated with the fake reviews written by you undermining our success. Team members are encouraged to share their experiences openly, and I appreciate everyone who takes the time to provide feedback, positive or critical. Your accusations of me pressuring employees to leave reviews are without merit and not who I am as a person. Their voices are just as valid as yours, and they do it willingly. It’s clear from your repeated posts that you were hurt for years, and I’m truly sorry your experience at Autosoft left you feeling that way. But at some point, I have to ask, why continue to come back and post again and again? Humbly, I encourage you to focus your energy on an industry or company that better fits your values and goals. As for us, we know we’re not perfect, but we are moving in the right direction. It’s an exciting time at Autosoft! Our team is collaborating, our technology is evolving, and our focus remains on serving our dealer clients and partners with excellence. I’m grateful to the people here who believe in that mission and are helping us shape the future together. I wish you the best wherever your career takes you. Anthony Belcher

Supportive Culture

Pros

I have been with Autosoft for a little under a year coming from another DMS. I am not leadership, but still have gotten opportunities to speak with the CEO (and he is GREAT)! My direct manager is supportive, encouraging, and has created a positive culture in our department. She is a true leader and I no longer dread 1:1’s. She coaches and is very hands on without micromanaging. I love my team. This isn’t a toxic family culture - but a true family culture.

Cons

Internal training documentation is a work in process - but I have witnessed leadership actively working on improving this

Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to share your experience at Autosoft. It means a lot to hear that you feel supported by your manager, your team, and the culture we’re building here. I truly believe leadership at every level is about empowering people to grow, and I’m glad that’s been your experience. We have a lot of work still to do at Autosoft due to previous leadership being more focused on buzz words and not defining clear processes for both our internal and external customers. Your comment regarding training documentation is a perfect example and we appreciate the commitment the team has shown to solving this critical area of the business. You’re right, it is still a work in progress, and feedback like yours helps us stay grounded in our current state as we keep pushing forward. We’re committed to building a culture where we do the “right” thing based on current state, solving known issues and providing an exceptional experience for every team member. I’m grateful you are part of the Autosoft team and that you have already made such a positive connection here. Thank you again for sharing. Anthony Belcher
