Truely a wonderful place to work

Pros

Autosoft has a sense of community and the company truly cares for it's employees. They show that by giving you a chance to earn extra time off and a way to earn extra cash. They have a flexible schedule and required 1/1's so that you know exactly how you are performing.

Cons

I no longer work there

Pros

The culture is great. I can't imagine working anywhere else at this point.

Cons

I think communication between departments could always be better but that is something that has been steadily improving.
