Pros

The organization truly recognizes and values the importance of company culture. Employees are placed even before customers -- because happy employees make happy customers. It wasn't until I started working at Autosoft that I experienced working with a team that actually WANTS to be here. The differences in attitude and output are night and day.

Pros

Most of the people you work with are nice and friendly. There are also some fun activities at the company.

Cons

No job security, which can create a hostile work environment. There are always jobs posted online, because they are always getting rid of people.
