Pros

Autosoft has a great culture and people who truly care about each other and the customers. The new products we get to work on are exciting and the company values the latest technology and provides the best tools. If you work hard and want to learn, there are a lot of opportunities in the company. I think the company is is a great position to grow and is successful because of the great people who work here.

Cons

None - it's the best place I've worked so far in my career.

Needs a little more discipline for some people that come in late everyday and do not do their job to the best of their ability

Autosoft has a tech start-up feel in culture, performance and overall vibe. The company is profitable but reinvesting with technical development and personnel. Invested employees come from common goals, trust and a get-it-done mentality.

Cons

The location is a bit away from metro areas but still easy access and commute
