      Pros

      I get to work with robots everyday. It helps me to appreciate that I'm a part of something bigger. Yes its a challenge, but I make machines that make other machines! Clean and organized work environment is nice. The company also seems to promote those who work hard even if they don't have a degree

      Cons

      Not everyone on the team is helping carry the load, some just complain. its a shame, they'd probably enjoy it more if they became part of the team.

      Pros

      I feel I've gained a lot of great experience here. I love the variety of my job everyday. I'm surrounded by nothing but supportive people that are here to help. I feel challenged and appreciated.

      Cons

      Because this is a project-based business, there are times that are busier than others. Some people like a more steady environment. For me, it's not really a "con" because I'm at a point in my life I can roll with it.
